Key Responsibilities: 

As an Engagement Manager, you will: 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and alignment with their business objectives. 
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of ITAM engagements, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet timelines and deliverables. 
  • Provide tactical support to clients in implementing and optimising ITAM programs developed by out team. 
  • Address client communications professionally and promptly, maintaining high levels of satisfaction. 
  • Prepare and lead project reviews, including monthly governance reporting, quarterly service reviews & annual service reviews with key stakeholders and client steering committees. 
  • Create and deliver client-facing reports, presentations, and analytics using relevant data and tools. 
  • Identify and collaborate with internal teams to explore opportunities for enhancing client engagement and satisfaction. 
  • Travel to client sites as needed (up to 20%). 

 

Who You Are: 

  • A seasoned ITAM professional or project manager with 7+ years of experience in IT Asset Management or similar fields. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects with a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes. 
  • Skilled in building and maintaining client relationships, with the ability to understand and align with their objectives. 
  • Competent in leveraging ITAM tools (e.g., Flexera, Service Now, Etc) and interpreting data to support decision-making. 
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking. 
  • A clear and effective communicator, comfortable working across technical, operational, and executive stakeholders. 
  • Due to our client security requirements, you must be a UK national, or have longer than 2 years 9 months leave to remain in the UK to be eligible for this position 
  • This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • One or more certifications in IT Asset Management, Project Management, or ITSM 
  • ITAM Tool certifications are desirable
